What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently offer standard delivery across Chennai and select locations across Tamil Nadu and India. For orders within Chennai, we deliver directly. For orders outside Chennai, we partner with trusted courier services to reach your doorstep. Delivery method details are displayed at checkout based on your pin code.
Is delivery free?
✔ Free - Delivery within Chennai is free on all orders.
For orders shipped outside Chennai, additional delivery charges apply based on your location and the weight/size of the order. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your payment.
What if I'm not available to receive my delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order up to 2–3 times. If you are unavailable on the first attempt, they will leave a notification and retry the next business day. For valuable or high-value items, a signature may be required at the time of delivery. If all delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to us and we will contact you to reschedule.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience:
Credit Cards & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
Net Banking and Cash on Delivery (COD)
Can I pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Please note that for very high-value orders, COD may not be available and prepaid payment will be required.
Order & Retunrs
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, log in to your account and go to My Orders, or contact our support team with your order ID. If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery instead.
