Note: Prices shown in currencies other than INR on the website (e.g., USD) are for display reference only. Final billing will be in INR as per the applicable exchange rate or the INR price listed.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer delivery across Chennai and select locations in India. Key shipping terms include:
- Local Delivery (within Chennai): Free delivery is offered for orders within Chennai.
- Outside Chennai: Orders shipped outside Chennai are subject to additional delivery charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery timelines vary by product category and location. Estimated delivery dates are communicated during checkout and via order confirmation.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect all products upon receipt and report any issues within 48 hours.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. Our returns and refunds policy is as follows:
- Return Window: Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain categories including perishable food items, personal hygiene products, customised/made-to-order products, and digital goods are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — the standard return process must be followed.
